5-Year Guarantee & Warranty

At Luxurywork, every bed and mattress is crafted with exceptional care and quality. To give you complete confidence in your purchase, we offer a 5-year guarantee across our range.

All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery. If you believe there may be a fault with your bed or mattress, our dedicated customer support team will be happy to assist with guidance and arrange an inspection where required.

Our 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues arising from faulty materials or workmanship. Should a fault be identified within this period, we will provide a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Please note, this warranty applies to all standard products and excludes clearance items or products used with non-approved bases or unsuitable mattresses.


Terms & Conditions

The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • The product has been soiled, stained, or improperly maintained
  • Damage has occurred due to accidental misuse after delivery
  • The product has been subjected to excessive force, such as jumping
  • The product has been used for commercial purposes or misused in any way
  • The mattress has been bent or folded in a manner that damages its structure

Additional Information

  • All reasonable efforts will be made to match fabrics and colours in the event of a repair or replacement; however, an exact match cannot be guaranteed
  • If a repair or replacement is not possible, you will be offered an alternative product. Any price difference for a higher-value item will be payable
  • This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser (proof of purchase may be required)
  • The warranty is valid for deliveries within mainland UK only
  • Your statutory rights remain fully protected
