4. Product Information

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions and dimensions are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

4.1 Fabric & Colour

We recommend ordering fabric samples where available. If not requested, slight variations in colour or texture may occur.

4.2 Errors

If an error in pricing or product details is identified after your order, we will contact you promptly with the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.


5. Orders & Contract Formation

Orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance.

A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund where applicable.


6. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Discount Codes

Standard delivery is to your front door. Assembly services are available where selected.

Products should be returned in original condition. Excessive handling may result in reduced refunds.

10.5 Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges will be refunded where applicable.

10.6 Bespoke Items

Custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation or full refunds.


11. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

We will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.


12. Warranty

All beds include a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.


13. Assembly Service

Assembly includes room placement and setup where access is safe.

It does not include removal of old furniture unless agreed.


14. Finance Options

We may offer third-party finance options such as Klarna or Clearpay. Their terms apply separately.


15. Marketing

We only send marketing communications with your consent. You can opt out at any time.


16. Website Use
