Do you have a showroom?

As an online-only brand, we do not have a showroom at present. The good news is we deliver nationwide across the UK. We are a registered and proudly UK-owned business.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the bed we will send out to you will be exactly the same as the picture shown on PSCL Beds’ website. Of course, it will be the colour which you choose.


What is a solid black base lid?

As shown in the image below, it’s an alternative base to ordinary slats. If you are looking for a stronger and long-lasting base then this is the option to go for


How long will delivery take?

Our standard delivery time for most mainland UK addresses is between 5 to 10 working days from the date of your order. However, please note that delivery to certain parts of the UK, such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland and some parts of the western coast of Wales, may take slightly longer due to logistical reasons. Our delivery team will inform you of any delays and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. This information is accurate and is updated regularly.

Can I reserve or pre-order limited-edition sneakers?

At Luxury Beds, we take great pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as our beds are made to order in the specific colour and size of your choice, they are non-returnable items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you order free fabric samples before making your purchase to ensure that you are happy with your choice. Additionally, if you have any doubts or questions, you can speak to one of our staff members over the phone or WhatsApp to clarify any concerns. Do you offer side-opening Ottoman beds?

We do not offer side-opening Ottoman beds. Our range includes end-lift Ottomans, which provide easy access and ample storage.
